i must be search engine deprived .. or something .

where would i find how to use/charge a personal charge chase?

mine has a usb adapter.

o and just got my kit from v4l! the only problem was these black carts. i think they were the "mislabled" type. there is no vape production and it does taste burnt.

do i try to refill using the video that was posted?

If they are blank...they need to be filled first, what does the cart say on it?

You should be able to use any available USB port for charging your PCC - on a PC, laptop, cable box, DVD player, wall charger, etc.

*edit* - Also make sure the USB port is powered. For example, on my DVD player, the USB port is not powered unless the player is turned on, while my cable TV box's port is powered at all times.

I gave my PCC to a friend, as I didn't have a use for it I'm at work or I'm at home...) But If I remember correctly, you hook it into a usb port, and the light comes on in it to show it is charging - i think it comes on red. - if you don't get a light, your usb port can't charge (anything a PassThrough works on, your PCC should work on) when it's finished charging up (the PCC) the light turns green, I think it is. Then you can unplug it and carry it around with you. You screw in a battery to charge it up/top it off, light changes to indicate charging, then charged. Pretty straightforward. I believe it can charge about 3 full batt charges before it needs recharging itself.

One thing to know, it does take a Very long for it to charge especially for the first time.
