In the past it was called a signature, that little area under your post with a quirky little quote or banner. can't find the place to enter this info under settings, some help would be nice

I believe you have to reach five posts before that option is available. So reply to this post and try it again.

You need 15 posts in order to create a signature (banner). After reaching 15, wait a while for the system to update and then go to your settings page and click on 'Edit Signature'.

do replies count as posts?
Yes. (Post content has to have at least 10 characters...just like what I'm doing right now than just saying "Yes")
I see so a longer post is better then say a shorter one and will help get the permissions I need to be full contributing member. Thanks for your help friend.
