Where do I start for DIY juices in bulk?

I am by no means a chemist. However I worked briefly for an Ecig retailer and had the pleasure of getting my toes wet with the DIY juices. I wasn't allowed to handle the concentrates, but I was able to mix flavors once the concentrates had been reconstituted and add customized nicotine levels using a pump system measuring device. Normally I would just ask the guy what to get and where he got it, unfortunately, we are no longer on speaking terms and even if we were, he's so paranoid about competition I don't think he would tell me anyway. I've spent about a week looking at what seems like hundreds of websites comparing price and flavor. I'm hoping that if I explain what I want to do and with what flavors, someone can walk me down the path to get there. I would (at first) be making juices for my friends and I, so I need only a few flavors to begin with.

Flavors desired:

Nuport- I think it's a DeKang. It seems that in general, most Nuport juices I have tried are the same or so similar, the differences are barely noticeable.
555/3&5- It's definitely a DeKang. I like this one, but really any decent full flavor tobacco would suffice. Like a good marlboro red.
Vanilla- This is where things get hairy. Some vanillas are delish, some are vomitous. Which ones are most natural tasting?
Cherry- Again, not easy to find a good cherry. I'm on a mission for one that does not taste like robitussin.
Caramel- I'm pretty sure this would not be difficult to find a decent caramel or caramel cream.

So those are the flavors. I want to do either a 50/50 pg/vg or a 60/40 pg/vg. From what I've seen, the 50/50 is easiest to get premixed, which would be just fine for me starting out.

Finally, the nicotine. We all use different mgs nicotine, from 24+ down to 6mg and 4mg. I haven't found the pump thing, but see lots of large syringes. I could deal with that on a temporary basis.

I figure once I get my feet wet with mixing up some pretty standard flavors that I would be able to get objective opinions on from friends, I can branch out and start being a mad mixologist and eventually get my own juice line. Maybe. If this isn't a massive fail.

My question, I guess, is who do I buy these things from for a reasonable price, and in what state should I purchase them for the greatest simplicity. Nicotine already in a pg/vg base then the flavored concentrate? Or the reconstituted flavors with 0 nic and then custom add the nic? And where do I get one of those measuring pumps that screws on the gallon jugs or is there a better system you know of?

I really appreciate all suggestions because I'm ridiculously overwhelmed and getting frustrated. I want to order yesterday!!
Thanks in advance!!

Here's a decent bargain: 36mg Unflavored e-Liquid Nicotine 36mg so you can add plenty of flavors and still be at around 20-24mg in the final mix. That's just me -- they offer many different strength bases for you to choose from and also offer a decent selection of flavors. My fave for flavors is E-Liquid VZ USA | VZ USA E-Juice | Ecig Juice - E Cig : Best Ejuice | Joye eGo & eGo-T | Boge Leo | Cartomizers | E-Liquid | Electronic Cigarettes They offer a line of 'super concentrates' that are really really nice and offer a lot of bang for your buck... ;)

You might have a peek at wizard labs for the nic. I'm also going to go out on a limb and suggest the Hangsen flavorings for the tobaccos because I have read scores of good things about them and not so much about dekang. Look at them at Hangsen e-Liquid Flavoring . I've also heard and awful lot of good things about the flavor arts tobaccos. I'm afraid that the others are all going to be variable from person to person. Your also going to need to consider what sort of vanilla your wanting. Just vanilla or one that has creamy notes.
