When I was building my labware supply, I would just look to see what the individual vendors carried and bought it if it was available in glass. These were all add-on items to flavors and base ingredients that I ordered. I think that Amazon has a variety of labware, but it did not seem to be the best value. The same thing goes for plastic bottles, although eBay is also a good source.
I think that my most commonly used items are 25 and 50 ml graduated cylinders and a variety of syringes. I don't like the drops method and my sample batches are 5-10 ml so the 1 cc syringe works fine for me. I'll grab some 0.5 cc syringes if I can find them.
Although I had originally wanted some beakers, the things that I've been using a lot lately are the 8 oz Ball canning jars. I like them because my batches are generally large (50-100 ml) and I can cap them and shake the h$ll out of them and I think that the extra head space helps in that regard.
