xaxaxa, yes, thats funny silentt!
Its the best
shop cliff. Theye became my friends too. We talk about everything and we find solutions together. When I send my designs I always talk with them to find the best way to make my pieces
I liked the video too Zu. Its like taking a video of my house. I feel very familiar when I am on a place like that
Very interesting indeed gredie. I can watch all day those machines while they work
Yes, they are steel end caps Major. I did them at last!!
Rick, when I go there they feel uncomfortable because I am walking and watching and asking for hours. I am sure that they dont want me there as they wouldnt want you too there

And you are right about prossedure. The cap took 4 mins to pop out of the machine, maybe more. This is a huge time for the machine when other items need 10 sec to be made like the plastic UFS window. Of course the worse thing is that you have to set up the machine first. Set up takes about 2-3 hours thats why when the machine starts working I need 500 euros for just one piece.
I really dont know how they read those Greek letters. I am so used in english because of ecf and GG forum that I cant understand Greek any more

The best part is when the man that owns the cnc machines starts making a program (when he wants to make a new part). He writes on the keyboard of the machine like we write on our P/C keyboard. He is so quick that makes you think that he push the buttons without knowing what he really does xaxaxa. I had a big laugh when I saw it for the first time. I asked him if he really knows what he was doing
Thanks a lot MC my friend. A man that works on a simple lathe cant make almost anything of those things. A simple example are the thin
threads of UFS. Noone can make serious thin
threads and good looking too.
I will Mr, thanks a lot
