Where Have The Christian Warriors Gone?

If you have not noticed, we are in the middle of a war. I am not talking about a war being waged against terrorism or Islam. I am talking about a war for the very souls of the people. I am talking about how our enemy the devil is working hard to dilute and destroy the message of the Gospel. He is doing this through many means, but primarily it is we as Christians who are helping and aiding him in this battle. Where have all the Christian Warriors gone? Why have we given up fighting the good fight?​

Scripture says…​

Joshua 1:9 Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.​

But we have forgotten this. We have forgotten the fight that we are called to fight. Over and over again the Christian walk is equaled to the soldier in battle. We must strive to push on and charge the gates of Hell.I have been sickened by the lengths we as Christians have gone to; all in the name of God to appease the world and to become "relevant" to the world.

You're absolutely right Lisa... it is a 'war'.... a war against Christianity . We speak God's 'truth' they call it hate speech. We speak 'Christ crucified' & they call it fables, We quote the Bible (God's holy written word) and they call it 'irrelevant' and mis-translated.

It doesn't matter, like he said, if Christians believe in spiritual warfare....it exists....every minute of every day. Here lately, he has struck my family. When I went to God with it, He said, "I'm on it. But, it'll take some time." That's good enough for me. Then the family was hit with something else.....the Lord exposed it. The Light always exposes the darkness. But you know what? I am that Christian that hell warned you about. I won't have it in my house. We have KINGDOM AUTHORITY through Jesus Christ. Yes, your heart may hurt, you may be in complete despair, you might fall under 'there is no hope.' I'm here to tell you, JESUS IS YOUR HOPE! JESUS IS IN CONTROL! JESUS WILL COMFORT YOU! Don't give the enemy any ground!

There are times I have done a nanny nanny boo boo to satan. "You're going to hell, you're going to hell, you're going to hell! Am I for real? You bet your bippy I am. I forget to put on my armor every day. Don't use me as an example.....JESUS should be your example. If you don't remember anything else remember, "Resist the devil and he will flee."

If you can find the song, search for: God's Got An Army - by Carman. That song will pump you up. It's great for cleaning house too! There is a Scripture that at the Great White Throne, we will look upon satan standing before Jesus and say something like: "THAT is the one that tried to rip our lives apart????" (emphasis mine.)

i find it interesting that this thread comes to my attention first thing this morning. i spent my entire weekend surrounded by great men of God at an Amway business conference. the best part is, i watched on sunday morning at a non-denominational worship service as over 100 lost souls were found at an altar call. you guys are looking for Warriors for God? be patient...we're building our army.

Yes we are! Amein, Red! We are stronger than we know. We have to rally the troops.....our main weapons are PRAYER and rebukes. These creatures hide in the darkness. We need to let the Light of Jesus illuminate the darkness and take back our families, our churches, our livelihoods, our domain as the 2nd Adam left us in control. Are you willing to sign up to fight? Enlist!!! Stand with us!!! Stand with the Army of God! Don't do it for the crowns, do it because it is the right thing to do! Stand up with Jesus! Sign your name on the dotted line. How can you protect your children and grandchildren standing on the sidelines. How can you protect your spouse if you're not willing to stand in the gap! It is time for all good men and women to come to the aid of their convictions! Act now! Stand for something or you stand for nothing.
