If you read some threads here..you will understand what is happening. There is info on a email address that is monitor 6 days a week. If you place and order and want to pick it up in Bufflao she mention to make a note of it on your order.

Sorry, I am not talented enough to dig for the email adress and specific threads that would aid in better answers.

What a pleasant surprise! I am in NYC. First, I have questions about e-cigs. I get a DETAILED response in less than 24 hours. I then make an order (on FRIDAY mind you) based on their suggestion. Order goes thru in less than 12 hours (probably much less). Then I see in the forums that "Tara" is indisposed and other people are running things during absense. I start to worry...

Check USPS info and I am gettting my shipment Monday.
