Where is 'Deals and Steals'

Not sure this is the right place to post this. I stumbled on a thread entitled Deals and Steals awhile ago, but now I can't find it? Can someone direct me? Thank you

It's in the Pay it forward sub-forum. Not sure why, but that forum seems to be closed to non-members now. There should be a thread such as that out where anyone can post to it. Maybe in the vendors review area?
