We always go withthe school pta thing.
That way their friends are there to make fun of them when they fall.
My 5 yr girl is starting to get the hang of it (yeah, right) it is her 3rd or 4th time.

My 9 yr boy is not making too much progress with learning, but he doesnt fall down hardly.

So much more fun when their friends are there. Though at least they are still at the age that it is ok for Mom and Dad to be around lol
