Where is my vape ?

i ordered a smok mag kit on the 1st of april. It was supposed to take 7-14 days to arrive which i understand. Its been 22 days and i dont have a vape and i’ve been ignored in various emails. I need answers ASAP

I’ve emailed them about 6 times and no reply. I see they answered people with problems on here

Need to see if you can get a number on the supplier. Did they provide a confirmation email when the item was purchased / shipped?

Also if you ordered a device from China it can take much longer. 7-14 business days in most occasions. Even longer I’d not uncommon.

Yes they did. The tracking number doesnt work. Neither the phone number. Its a chinese warehouse but still shouldnt take 22 days

I too just received an order I placed over 30 days ago from a Chinese distributor. I have one item that took almost 3 months to get, so ordering from China can take a long time.

Who’s “they”? Where did you buy it from? It certainly wasn’t from here, as “here” is a message forum.

It's not unusual for shipments from China to take 30 days or more. I order from China often.

Valuable lesson to be had here. Either you gain an appreciation for the character of patience when ordering from China or you got hosed. I lean more toward the former.
