where is the best place to get 18650 batteries??

Who has them at a reasonable price, including shipping, in the U.S.?

(like $7 to $8 a cell, and a charger for $10 or less)
Post response here, but please don't tell me about the sellers in China, please don't post someone that is out-of-stock as I am looking to order them tomorrow because I have a mod coming that requires them .

dealextreme.com has the best prices but you have to wait awhile since they are in Hong Kong. i have ordered many, many batts and flashlights from them in the past, always send a tracking number, great response to emails and just an overall great company to deal with. i have their trustfire silver 18650's for my torches and plan on using them in my chuck when it gets here. make sure you order the cheap ... multi charger when you order. good luck!@

mad vapes. I'd be wary of deal extreme, They took my money then wouldn't e-mail me back for 3 weeks and then only to say they didn't have my battery. They said they needed to buy it then they would send it to me. I got a refund and told them I'd never use them again.

As well as Madvapes, I would highly recommend batteryjunction.com, however it's obviously been awhile since I've visited their site:
