Hi Sandy
It just happens to many of us at one time or another. But the good news the loss of taste sensation passes too. I went through this about six weeks in, ordered a buncha different flavors to wake up my taste buds, and by the time the order arrived everything was back to normal. I therefore conclude my taste buds are somehow connected to my credit cards.
Right now I'm on day two of another tasteless "meh" phase.

But it's only happened twice since April.
Seriously, it's not fun when it does happen and your favorite flavors go flat. When it happens to me everything seems to taste like green bell peppers. My fall back flavor, to at least keep me interested in vaping, is a strong menthol.
Another thing to look into is checking your vaping style. There can be a bad tendency when this happens to suck on your pv until you are cross-eyed. It doesn't help. Take shorts drags and draw the vape in and across your tongue (taste buds) along with some air. "Sucking cross-eyed" tends to result in gulping in a lot of vapor, where it only ends up at the back of your throat and/or down your lungs - where you can't taste anything. There are videos on ecf and you-tube showing proper vaping style.
