Where it the liguid trade thread?

I came across a thread awhile back where you could post your spare juice to trade with others but cannot seem to find it.

I think that you have too be verified to get too those sections anymore...

You can get verified with a verified Paypal account or Ebay, but I found NetID to be a simple way of doing it. They don't ask for any bank info or anything, just basic information like your address and the last 4 digits of your SSN.
