I don't know of any, but you might do some sort of google search. I'm sure it's available, but not sure where.
If you can't, there are ways to do your own NET and you could look on the DIY forum for ways to do so though my understanding is it's far more complicated....
I'm assuming you cannot ship to your home country? Also, some others may be along with suggestions....

I'm in canada and you CANNOT import tobacco products which means ejuice aswell. You might get lucky if it has 0 nic but even then it's considered as a tobacco product.
Not very clear about what he's trying to do that's what it seemed like to me (attempting to import). He's asking about new jersey and new york which in my mind means he either wants to ship form there or buy it in stores and bring it home wich in both cases it's illegal. If op dosen't want to import why ask about u.s vendors then ?
Sounded to me like he wants to buy here in the USA and bring back somehow. I have no idea how Canada would treat finding some ejuice in someone's luggage/carry on, but I wouldn't want to find out via experience without researching it first. Best case, ejuice is lost, worst case some kind of fine/penalty but I don't know much about Canada/vaping, other than what QcVaper has mentioned...

That was my attempt at some south of the border humor.
Importation of any tobacco product has been illegal for a while now though laws on vaping vary alot from province to province (quebec having the harshest laws of all) That means no ejuice nicotine or not can pass through the border i've heard some got lucky and others that always order from u.s sites but i'm not taking chances + i rather get juices that are made in quebec. In other words anything vape related (mods,tank,juices) is considered a tobacco product and cannot be imported from u.s or elsewhere.

You know when you import you have to declare, fill out papers, pay the taxes. Don't think he was planning that.
Lots of people still don't know about the vaping laws (they're not really talked about tbh) i wouldn't be surprised if he didn't know about it being illegal and his original post still comes to me like he's trying to import juices. One way or another it's illegal wether he's trying to import or not does not matter to me i was stating the laws in case that's what he was trying to do nothing more.
