Ok so ive decided to buy the EVO and im wondering which vendor would be best to buy from? Its on sale from thehouseofvapor.com, with a tank and my coupon code the total comes to $53 but they come with the ICR batteries, not the IMR batteries and they dont even have the IMR batteries, which doesnt really make a difference because theres no option on that site to just buy the unit.

Well if money is of importance the PV is vented= good and the chances of mishap with these batts are very small.
Different issue but related-ALL battery chargers have a chip in them and when that chip fails the unit overcharges/ overheats the batts and they either melt or explode. Now having said that how many exploding batts on chargers have you heard about? I'm talking about all types of chargers- I won't even try to list all the different types but you get the point. There is minimal danger from this issue. I was in construction and knew about the chip in the charger long ago- sometimes I had up to 30 batts on chargers and never had a problem. I believe maybe you got a little overly panicked about this issue and just wanted to reassure you the chances of a mishap are small. In ending yes to buy the better batteries is a far better investment as they will provide a far better vape than the cheaper batts. Kits almost always come with the cheaper batts and I believe we should always be giveen options.

You're very welcome and I/ we just want to find a PV that you'll be happy with. LOTTSA info- I spent a solid 200+ hrs researching before I decided on my first PV and then another 100 hrs for juice and accessories. Just take your time so that you're sure about the purchase...i know, easier said than done
I can guarantee that shortly after purchasing something else will look even better. And you mentioned about saving money. After you're comfortable with vaping you could move up to DIY- aside from all the warnings here it is quite simple to do. Per week I'm spending less than $2.00 per week on cartos and juice.
Good Luck and if I come across anything I'll give you a heads up.
