Wrong place to try to save money. Buy a good charger.

WPS2 is my first recommendation. I run the WP2 II with extra spacers and two BR-103W as back-ups. Actually they were called the AD-103 when I bought them so I don't know if the quality has changed since. The ones I have are good but very slow.

I have a Nitcore. It is great and SAFE!!!! Best thing is that it charges NiCad and LI. I have some NiCads for outdoor solar lighting.
