Where is everyone going nowadays to find cheap, but superior e juice? I am looking for High VG only though. My local stores are charging 18-23 dollars for a 30 ml. Way too much for me.

Try www.vistavapors.com 20 dollars for 102ml's custom e-juice plus they have premiums which are pre-steeped and a little more expensive.

You should take a look at Ohmsvapes.com, good juice at good prices. You can also get pre-steeped and flavor boosted juice. I always got my order within a few days. I used them almost exclusively before I started making my own.
But you should look into DIY. There are several free juice calculators online and it's really easy to do once you get some basic supplies.

You are right they have 120 mls of juice for 16$ thats not bad. Do they charge shipping? Also, do you know if they are still in business? Because you said you "used" to buy from them. I just don't wanna lose money on a purchase and then find out they are no longer in business.

Yes, they are still in business. They do charge standard USPS shipping ($6.00?) but I always thought the juice prices more than covered the shipping. Direct vapor doesn't charge shipping, but you'll pay more for juice.

The reason I said used to buy from them is that I make my own juice and don't buy e-liquids from anyone anymore. If I still bought pre-made juice, I would still be using Ohmsvape. You'll have to figure out what works for you. Like @Diver9543 said you should look through the General E-liquid forum and the DIY sub forum.

My suggestion would be DIY, so easy now with flavors already blended, just add it to the nic base of your choosing and very cheap way to get juice :)
I agree.99% of my juice is diy, here the last few months i've bought a few 120ml bottles of juice because they were very good deals, but still hard to beat making your own for pennies.

Yes and I saw somewhere you can buy your base with nic already mixed in desired PG/VG %'s too. Easy Peasy! I do mix my own base tho, still way cheaper. I did buy some strawberry shortcake flavor I need to mix up, so much easier than years back when you needed a drop of this and drop of that. Now it is already mixed in the flavors!
