You can get higher MAH for more run time and higher amp. But not a big deal unless you need the power.

Thanks again @Beamslider Once again some one within the Forum had the information to help me figure out my vaping gear issues.

Mainly am using the 30Q 3000mah batteries atm

30-45 watts with the tanks I have
You could get 26650 battery with 4200+ MAH. Not enough extra run time over 3000MAH to justify paying $12+ for them. You could get two of your current battery for that or less. Probably better to just use adapter

I'd think the question would be are *you* satisfied with the run time you are getting with the adaptor or not. If not, it may be worthwhile paying a little more for the battery if you think it will genuinely improve your vaping experience. If you are happy enough and get good battery life with the adaptor, well that is what it is for.

I think they are pricier because they are larger and heavier. One of my mods came with the larger battery (it was a win, the Capo) and I was surprised at how heavy it was, even with the mod exterior being plastic. I'm pretty happy with the batteries I have now, and am not in a rush to buy mods with two of that size battery or anything, although I can see how they might be useful to some. For me, I just don't need the extra weight in comparison to 18650 battery mods.

Best of luck deciding.

Yes, there are inexpensive quality cells suitable for vaping, at least for as long as you're clued in this stuff and willing to take some minimum risks. One of them is the very popular PLB 5000mAh, see this sale for example: Aliexpress.com : Buy 26650 5000mah inr26650 50A 5000mAh 26650 Li ion 3.7v Rechargeable Battery for Flashlight 20A 3.6V Power batteries from Reliable rechargeable battery suppliers on Greatpower Co.,LT Store Note: I have a package from this seller on the way, cannot yet give my personal experience report but haven't heard anything bad. I've selected this seller because my other usual ones exhibit very high shipping quotes to USA.
Mooch tested the Shockli 20A 5500mAh sometime ago, which is believed to be a PLB 5500mAh rewrap.
A couple “PLB 5000mAh” cell tests:
With your power requirements this cheap as chips cell can provide you extra runtime.

Cheers :)
P.S.: seen it on sale even much  cheaper at times, but of course you may need to make some custom searches and watch for specific seller's sales.
