where to get a bridgeless LR 306 atomizer?

Ive pretty much assessed at this point that this is the direction to go for dripping at 3.7 volts...if Im wrong please tell me so.

The only place I can find that offers such a thing is here...

I have no idea what sealed or unsealed means but I was wondering if there was a better place to go for price or just from personal experience.

Im also looking for longevity...an atomizer that lasts less than a month will not make me happy.

OK...Im seeing that sealed is for dripping...unsealed is for bottom feeders. So that helps some.
