Where to get a Joye Ego Type Starter Kit with Dual Coil Cartomizers, Clear orBlack, any Brands?

Title says it all. I want to buy a starter kit with big long lasting batteries and associated charger. Id like it to come with dual coil cartomizers. So far I can only find the kit with pre filled carts that use the bridge atomizers and a couple that come with the ego-t tank system. Any pointers in the right direction would be appreciated.

Mountain Vapor sells an "Echo-E" which is basically a manual eGo type battery with cartomizers. They also have the automatic Echo with 808 threading which I have and like.
