Vixen Vapors has a good selection of tobacco juices up to 36mg. Their RY4 is awesome if you like your tobacco with a little caramel and vanilla. Try their "Cowboy Killer" if you like Marlboro.

And an E-cig with a kick-start? Vrooom pah pah pah... lol, sorry, I do understand you are trying to get the most satisfyiing start you can get. You can find vendors who sell juice that claims to be Marlboro-like, but honestly, no e-juice tastes like a cigarette. It just can't.

The closest I've found so far is from Backwoods Brew. I believe they they extract the flavor from tobacco leafs.

They go to 36 mg/ml.
I vaped their Kamel and Dunhall early on, both had the Camel-like "twang" that I was looking for.
