I'm odd in that I prefer 3.7V vaping vs. higher voltages. So I actually like the Joye type passthru with the inline battery. Well I like it for the vaping. I'm less than thrilled with the 10440 battery it uses.

I was thinking of getting a USB A female connector and perhaps a mini female. Add the board from a charger and 1 or 2 (in parallel) 18650 batteries. Plug a standard battery free passthru into the USB A port on the box and I'd get to vape all day long at 3.7V. Then plug it in via the mini USB port to charge the next day while still vaping away.

But I'm not sure what box to use. Obviously a box 12" x 12" x 12" would hold everything but I'm looking for the smallest solution not the largest ;)

Suggestions anyone? Also opinions on my general idea or the specifics I've mentioned.

TIA
Brian

Hey Brian, I've got the same idea churning in my head.. A battery box with two 18650 or 14650's or 18350's.. Two 420ma 016 chargers, one for each batt, a belt clip and a couple of usb connectors.. you could even add a 5 volt regulator and wire end in series to power a 5 volt pt but I think you may need a couple of diodes to keep the charge circuits seperate..

Don't forget the belt clip (it was my original reason for getting them but just haven't gotten around to making one yet) :)

An Altoin tin would work great for this. There is enough room for 3 18650's and some change.
