which cartos to use?

Hi, I am a vaper for 9 months now. I have always used minis, i have a skycig (which is a 510 or 306 no idea) and a v2cig (kr808-d1). I refill my cartos with different e-liquids. I recently started reading in this forum and realized that I should go to an mid size now. So i ordered an EGO-C (650 mah) kit. What are the best cartos, tanks, dual coils, LRs or whatever i can use with this system to get the best out of it. My goal is better throat hit and more vapor.

I'd try some boge LR 2.0, Or a dct tank works good on my ego. Here's a link to some cheap cartos also maybe try the ressurectors. Happy vaping
