I can tell you where not to buy.
And that's : https://e-cig.com/shopping/shopcontent.asp?type=Home

Their products break down in no time flat, and customer service sucks.
Also you're dealing with a company all the way in China.

I ordered the kiss box, having problems with that one, but a new one is on the way.
When it worked it was great.
Janty is going to open a site here in the States in July.

I tried njoy, it was ok.

I also ordered from a member here, Meltrex, I will receive those no later than monday, so I can't say anything about those, but other members say they're great.

I have only used penstyle e-cig.
No nothing about the e-cig.

You know the first advice you got, about not buying from E-Cig? I totally agree with that.

Here's a direct quote from E-Cig's forum, in the words of E-Cig:

Hi rickster192,

Our products are being sold in US at many places with our wholesalers, such as ................

Here's the link. The E-Cig products have a monumental failure rate. If you're gambler, go for it. ...............

WOW, so a crown is an e-cig.

I've been using e-cig.com products for a while now and have no problems with the customer service from them. I use the online help for any queries and have always found them to be extremely helpful. Replacement parts are shipped out promptly and it's never been an issue getting them. just remember you are talking to someone that english is not the first language for and say please and thank you ... works for me.

If you do decide to buy from them, as they do have very attractive pricing, make sure you buy the large size package of whatever model you choose. By doing that you get a 3 year guarantee on the product. Also do buy some spare atomizers and batteries so in case of failure you are still in business, that would apply for anyones product.

Michael: Many on this forum have been screwed by E-Cig. I certainly was, cheated out of a 50ml bottle of E-Liquid that I'd ordered and paid for. There are many sorry tales here about that company, whose motto is "It's not our fault." If you've been lucky, that's good .. for you. I have never in my life experienced worse customer service!

Go read their own forum for tales of failures and lying and cheating. I will never give them another dime of my money, nor will I recommend anyone buy anything from them.

I agree with TB - the customer service sucks big time. However, I still buy the USB e-cigs from them and backup atomizers. I know that everytime I put in an order - I may not receive it and if I receive it - it may not work.

I will no longer buy batteries from them because the last time I did (I ordered 2 e-cig kits) 2 batteries did not work and customer service told me that batteries are no longer under warranty and are not covered. I could get replacements if I sent the batteries back, but it would take a couple of months.

As soon as someone else starts selling the USB e-cigs cheap enough - I will purchase from them instead.

Right now I feel like I am gambling with every order.

NJoy, Smart Fixx, ePuffer and probably a few others sell a penstyle. I have found this info on the mfg & model & believe it to be for this style.

Electronic cigarette RN4072 from Shenzhen First Union Technology Co.,Ltd. China.

When looking for compatability for penstyle cig you might want to use this model # for ref. RN4072.

It would appear they are on revision 5. Electronic cigarette RN4072-5 from Shenzhen First Union Technology Co.,Ltd. China.

Hey Gunny and everyone else.. the dash 5 after the RN4072 just means it comes with 5 cartridges. FYI ;)

Hello Guys,

I'm still new at this and only been using my Elite Electronic cigarette from ePuffer.com for little over two weeks now. So far I'm very happy with their product and specially customer support. My order was delivered to my door next day after I ordered it.
I live in Montreal, Canada.

Great customer support as ePuffer operates in different time zones: UK, Russia, Turkey, Israel, USA and Canada, there is always someone who will answer the question. So far I'm very happy with my ePuffer and electronic smoking experience in general.

Would love to hear other feedbacks.

Thanks,

My experience with crown7 was kind of spotty. On one hand, I never had a problem with their customer service. They sent me a replacement Hydro atomizer in a jiffy.

However, honestly, the Hydro sucks. The new atomizer itself died in 3 weeks. The batteries are shot (one of them seems to go into perpetual clean mode). I've had nothing but trouble getting a good, reliable week of vaping with it.

They really shouldn't have chosen a KR208 as the base model. I think they must be switching to a new model soon, because their Hydros are out of stock now. Maybe they're going with an M40x or a KR808 soon?

I'm anxious about my new absolutelyecigs m402 which is on its way. I really hope it gives me some reliability and decent performance. So far, my vaping experience has been promising, but far short of satisfying.

If you don't mind carrying something a little larger, it would seem that a mini-pipe is the way to go. Great vapor production, long battery life, and I believe long cartridge life. The only drawbacks that I'm aware is that it's bigger then an electronic cigarette, still fits easily in a pocket though I'm told, it's just a little more bulky.
