Which metal mouth pieces fits with the vivi tank?

I use 3.5ml tank. Which one would be ideal that would fit?

Your more likely to get a good answer in a more general forum - however - if you are referring to 510 drip tips - most will fit - some run a little bigger than others. Kind of hit and miss. A decent drip (not a $2.00 "stainless") should be at or very close to the standard and should work.
Some run a TAD tight - some...a tad loose.
If you are referring to the tips made at Super - T - little doubt that they are the CORRECT size - any fitting issue would be with your particular vivi.

As said, most 510 do fit into the vivi, at least most did for mine
