Which nicotine level is best for sub ohm coils? Is lower best or shall I stick with 12/18mg

I'd like to be able to MTL to just enjoy vaping but sometimes lung hit.

From what I understand, with sub ohm'ing you need to lower your nic. With more vapor, you will get more flavor and nic.

I dropped down to 6 MG due to the bigger hits. I've done 8 MG on Avail juice and it was fine too. If you have some 12 or 16 I would try it first, but you'll probably want to go down a step or two on the nic.

The quality of the nicotine matters too as some lower quality nic will give you a peppery taste at higher levels.

I used 18mg/ml when I used Clearos.

But when I moved to RBA's and RTA's with .7 ~ .9 Ohms coils, 18mg/ml was Way To Much.

I cut my things in 1/2, 9mg/ml, and things were Much More Enjoyable for MTL.
