I am used to the experience of using Boge 2.0 cartos on my eGo. Which ohms in the ce2's will give me a similar experience? I like my Boge 2.0's, but I'm gonna try these out just for the heck of it... I've read all the tips and tricks, and I think I'm ready, deep breath...

The CE2's have the coil at the top, so even at higher ohms you'll still feel the heat. I'd suggest what Mr. P did and say 2.4ohm.
Good luck with them! They seem to be hit or miss with some people. Personally I like them better than cartos with filler, but I still prefer dripping (My Reo blows it all out of the water, but thats a whole different ballgame) There are a lot of little tweaks out there for them so if they aren't performing well out of the box there are some tricks you can try out to make them work better for you.
Oh and have a syringe on hand to fill them, a 3ml is fine. They typically come with a soft tip needle point thingy which is kind of a pain to use. You can also fill them by removing all the O rings and dripping down the sides, some prefer filling them that way. I got my hands on a blunt tip needle and it works great.
