Which stores allow PG/VG customization?

Hi guys,

I wish to buy good quality eliquids/ejuices. I search good merchants then head over to their eliquids section. Select some liquids and then end up finding I can't customize the PG/VG ratios. That's a bummer and I have to go searching for some other merchants.

Can you recommend any "organic eLiquid" stores/merchants that allow customizing the VG/PG ratio?

Here's why I'm looking for such merchants. I wish to test out what will work for me. So I will be ordering eLiquids with different PG/VG ratio. For eg., 70VG / 30PG, 80VG/20PG, etc.

Also wanted to ask you, what gives a throat hit? Is it the nicotine? Or is it PG?

I ordered some VG eLiquids earlier in various nicotine quantities: 24mg and 36mg ... when I vape 24mg, I do not get any throat hit. But when I vape 36mg, I get a nice throat hit in first 3 puffs but then I don't feel anything in the puffs later on lol.

Funny thing, the first day when I puffed 36mg, I made me cough exactly like when I cuffed on my first analog cigarette years ago

Anyone experienced who can answer these questions? Really appreciate your help!
