Ok here is my problem... My wife works in some cold weather -20 sometimes and is in and out of a vehicle which is somewhat warm and then gets multiple breaks inside. Tried protanks and nauties and they both flood, I am assuming from change temperatures and pressure changes.. Know of any tanks that will hold up to changes in temperatures or does she need to move back to analogs? Even let her take my kayfun lite clone once and still flooded and filled her pocket up with juice. Any suggestions?

Unfortunately, bottom coil tanks work based on pressure differential, so they will all be susceptible to that. I'm not sure if they are any different, but perhaps a top coil design would work better. The only top coils I really know of that are good though are genesis types, which a lot of people seem to have trouble getting them to not leak when they are in a pocket/on their side.

I use the Protank 2, with the added adjustable airflow piece on the bottom. They keep juice off of the battery at least, and I only clean out the connection every couple days. Here's a link.... Kanger Aerotank replacement base

No matter what, she doesn't need to go back to analogs.

If this doesn't work, you could always go with a Vision Vivi Nova since it's a top feeder. IMO they are still pretty good and no issues with leaking (except occasionally for me).

Edit - *** They work for the Protank 2, 3, and Aerotank BTW.
