Any supplier that sells Dekang e-liquid sells it from almost all China suppliers, ie: EM, HC, Boge, Dekang (yes, they have their own people selling to US suppliers).
Where ever the Dekang is sold is 99.9% positive that its the same as what Health Cabin sells.
