which/what is interchangeable with the eGo?

I know the eGo goes by many names but can't figure out which products can be used interchangeably?

Cones, attys, mega attys, cartridges, cartomizers, batteries....my brain is a whirl.

I currently have a joye 510 manual. I want longer battery life and the ability to vape without constantly refilling and I prefer something that in public resembles a cig - which is why I'm looking at the eGo and it's comparable vapor friends.

I "think" I want an eGo with mega atty and mega carts and a couple of mega cartomizers but price is a factor.

I prefer to do a one stop shop but am willing to piece it out.

The Ego/Riva (and VGo/Eco) - are all 510 based. I have the Riva and also have an Ego Mega batt. The size is more of a cigar size - not a cigarette size - these units are thicker hence longer battery life. Cignot seems to have all that you're looking for. Cloudsofvapor has the Riva set as well as the Ego mega parts.

Totally Wicked sells the Tornado which is also the same as the ego.

Any joye 510 or 306 atomizer/cartomizer will work on the ego, Riva or Tornado, and the parts are all interchangable.
