For now, I'm not willing to pay 40$ for batteries. Yes, that's this expensive here!
It sucks that good batteries are so expensive in your country.

Could you arrange for a friend who lives outside your country to purchase good batteries for much cheaper in their country and then send them to you?

I guess carrying a bomb around with you is just part of everyday life.
That comment is rather rude, tasteless, and racist IMHO. There are better ways than that to try to convince people to use their batteries safely.

The comment was neither rude or tasteless and definitely not racist.

My appologies if the comment was not intended to be rude. Since the poster was from the Middle East where terrorism and bombs are a "part of everyday life" my initial thoughts took a turn for the worse.

My comment was that if you are going to use cheap batteries your carrying a bomb in your pocket. We've seen or heard about that many times.

Trying to convince someone who has a reaper draped in a rebel flag as their avatar that something is racist seems like an uphill battle.

Good luck tracking down good batteries @Asmani
Sounds like its going to be tough, but think of batteries as the key to your device. The same way I wouldn't climb on an airplane that had rubber bands tied to the propeller, I am not tempted to compromise on one of the most important parts of the mod, the battery. Better batteries equals better performance and safety. Get the best ones you can find.

I interpreted her/his message the same way, and it made me upset. I'm an atheist and detest the Iranian regime, but fortunately Iran is almost the safest country in the Middle East in terms of terrorist attacks.

Thank you for sharing that. When I read the other comment, it came across at the very least as being insensitive, and is why I called the person out.

Often text messages can be easily misinterpretted on social media and it can be difficult to determine if a comment is meant to be sarcastic or not. I'm willing to accept that the poster was being sarcastic in his comment and did not mean to be insensitive or rude. I hope this matter can be now put to rest.
