Being new to vaping, and on a tight budget, I've been extremely cautious with my purchases, so I don't have vast experience with a lot of different e-cig suppliers. That said, I can honestly say that this one, White Stag Vapor, has been an outstanding supplier by my criteria, and I will definitely be ordering from them in the future.
I've placed two orders so far, and it doesn't hurt that I loved the products, (a Lea Kross in a Hard Case, and a few extra tanks and atties to go with it, because the Kross in Hard Case only comes with cartos) all of which were exactly as advertised, worked perfectly, were superior in quality to the items I was previously using, and very nicely priced- I did browse around for these specific products elsewhere, and White Stag's prices were significantly lower than most other suppliers.
In addition, the shipping cost seemed unusually low to me compared to the other online suppliers I've tried for both equipment and e-liquids, including one who is actually located in my hometown. In both cases, the shipping was also much faster than I expected- 3 days from order date, I had my stuff, and my first package included a coupon for 10% off my next order, as well.
Since everything I ordered was exactly what I wanted and worked perfectly right out of the box, there was no need for additional customer service, but I did receive a brief welcoming email from the site which gave clear and simple instructions for contacting a Customer Service Rep if needed.
I could not be happier, and I highly recommend shopping with this supplier.
