Who do i contact to make a complaint about a certain e-cigarette supplier?
My e-cig supplier is not honoring there 6 months e-cigarette warranty
Give us some details. What happened and which supplier?
God, is the system falling apart? From the last few days I have seeing an increase number of people quiting e-smoking (I quitted myself), the whole system is failing, in one part, the high fail rate of the product, then you have the problems with suppliers to give costumer support, then the shipping failing, then the suppliers out of stock, and then the pricey products and at the end of all this mess the new suppliers trying to sell the always "new and improved same chinese product" with a lifetime warranty...
And the users? well... they are just going back to analogs.

Nah, rick.....don't go there. This is really a bad time between the Chinese holiday and customs. The ones I really feel sorry for are the newbs just ordering their first ecig. I can still remember that feeling! Now, I'm pretty much stocked so although I don't like waiting, I will always be able to get by.
I consider myself lucky now, though, because when I first started ordering, it was well before any holidays and the customs issues. I had to wait 5 days for my first order from China and that was hell(!)....so I really do feel for them.
Don't know if it's going to get any better though. Everybody's backlogged...and worried about customs. The manufacturers are probably going nuts with the mass production. Who knows the quality of anything anymore?
The best we can do is try to stay ahead of the game by stocking up so when there is a "drought", we will be prepared.
But going back to analogs is not the answer.

Tell me about it Lithium mate, and with the FDA eyeing the e-cigarette Industrie, it makes you wonder if they will ever even get the chance to finally! Perfect these pain in the .... e-cigs and one day make e-smoking actually worth while...

Yeah i know you are right sam, and going back is exactly a step backwards to where i was the most unhappiest *Analog smoking*. but what can i do mate, the guy at Janty is coping an attitude with me now...although a passive aggressive attitude....he wont directly come out and say *stick it up your a.r.s.e* because he would obviously get into trouble if he slagged me off.... but the way he is talking to me now has changed *if you know what i mean*
My Kissbox fell apart in a week..
He also sent me 2 faulty Dura's and now it seems by his attitude its my fault...like i manufactured the Duras and sent 2 faulty Duras to myself or something...Grrr i have just had enough now thats all
what to do....what to doooo......
But i know analog is not the answer.......

Don't know if you guys have Customs like we do here in the United States? Being they were banned any chance it got confiscated?Ok i just received a reply to my email from Janty, He said he sent it......But 12 days express postage?? and still has not arrived?? yeah right!........i have had enough! of this whole e-cigarette thing
back to analogs for me....................

easy for you to say mate....i am in a far out distant land where e-cigs are banned and all i have to rely on is other far off countrys to get the e-cig products that i need.......as i said its ok for you mate..................i'l relax when i'm dead
My exactly same problem, here are banned too, but customs don't put much attention at it when the package is just small, the main problem is to rely on a far off country to make 30-40 small orders a year (maybe more), due to the big fail rate of the products, it is just unrealible, the problem is not at customs if the shipment is small, the problem is that we can't buy from a nearby supplier in our own country because they were stoped to sell e-cigarettes, now everybody else can just relax, but at the same time, everybody else need to make a backup plan just in case you get into our same difficulties, hope e-cigs never get banned in your country, then you gonna be in hell
If we make a big order from China then customs may seize it, but small orders from a far off country just don't work, shipping internationaly is a big issue.

And Janty isn't all that bad and i should not have taken it out on them...i am just really annoyed that i have had very little success with the e-cigarette

lol ...As i don't have any working e-cigarettes *And i don't think i am going to spend anymore money buying more.....e-smoking is obviously just not for me....it sounded good anyway

I guess I got lucky.. got my Pilot BEFORE my 901 started having too many problems.. and was able to fix my 901 (I think).
If it was confiscated they would have taken it out of the package and replaced it with a letter telling you why they took your item. If nothing showed up it did not get confiscated - it was either lost in the mail (rarely happens) or never sent
