Seriously I want to know. Also what I want to know is the FDA the only food and drug administration there is in the world. Or the US at least? If they are the only one then isnt that a Monopoly? Its like they are the Emperors of Food And Drugs and what they say goes. I think the FDA needs a re-evaluation on its guidelines and personal. Oh thats right i forgot, Americans are not allowed to actually vote, just pretend to.

Administrative Law is an entire subject area we studied in law school, and it was required. The whole concept of administrative agencies issuing regulations having binding effect on the public is an area of debate and, fortunately for us lawyers, litigation.

Generally, the idea is Congress passes broad statutes giving a certain amount of authority to administrative agencies to implement, administer, and enforce. The problem is, how much authority can Congress delegate? And when do administrative agencies exceed the authority delegated to them? That's just the surface. It's a lot more complex.
