Hi Dude, I did a little shopping around and ended up getting blanks at smokeytreats. 5 for $3.00. It was the best I could find but there may be other deals out there that I missed.

I was going to say    Joye 510, 510, Manual swtich 510, PCC - Eastmall International Co.,Ltd flat tipped and round alike for $2.00/5pack but the downside is the shipping.

Yeah cool thanks people for the replies! I wanted to see what else is out there. I ordered a bunch from Healthcabin.net I had to order 250 but they came out to be around .42 per cart for ruyan#4 6mg.

I also ordered from Innovapor and they came out to be about .50 a cart. They seem to be hand filled, but damn delicious if I do say my damn self. Rich is the flavor and low mg.

I get 901 or RN4075 carts from ruyan for about $1.75/10 carts.

you may have to sand the cart down a bit, sometimes they can be a tight fit. But it is by far, the most affordable carts i've found.

I found e-smokey treats to have the best price, until I realized that they charge $6 shipping.
Now I just go to my local smokeshop and get 5 for $3.
