Who has the best price on DIY flavoring???

I'm not sure about the best prices, but I get all mine from either ecigexpress or wizard labs. Both sites have a very large selection of flavorings.
Not nessessarly in this order but all good places to shop.

Buys in bulk and cut it to a weaker flavoring. That would be my theory !!

Why would you think that. I bought hangsen flavoring from them and found it be the best of all the USA sellers. Maybe what you ment to say is that they buy in bulk and re-bottle under there own label. But I doubt they cut (dilute) the flavorings.
Agreed, RTS is great. No way would they dilute their stuff, would be pretty easy to tell.

If what I received from RTS was ever diluted, it would have to be brutally strong to begin with. I know they don't cut the concentrate but what they sent me was STRONG stuff with rich color and heavenly aroma. I'll be ordering more RTS stuff next Friday. Love that RTS 
i hope that is a typo because i just placed an order on friday. my first order of DIY items.
I dont know how does one miss type dec or January by writing "feb". Wish they sent out an email or something in advance.

choose a brand - Flavor Apprentice for this example
TFA sells 4 ML for $1.40 - that's 35 cents per ML
Supplier "A" has 10 ML for $3.99 - that's 39.9 cents per ML
Supplier "B" has 15 ML for $5.99 - that's 39.9 cents per ML
Supplier "C" has 10 ML for $2.99 - that's 29.9 cents per ML
Supplier "D" has 6 ML for $1.65 - that's 27.5 cents per ML (also 20 ML for $4.15 - 20.7 cents per ML)
not much thought required as to where I was going to get mine from..

I use RTS for Capella and Wizard for TFA. Mt Baker Vapor has decent prices for their flavors, as far as I know, they use mostly Flavor West.
