Reading the description of the products on the links thoughtfully provided by MX (who, like God, is apparently everywhere), the 2 ohm provides a softer vape and a little less heat at 3.7v. I think Sterno likes using 2ohm attys when using 6v, but please don't blame him-or me-if you pop a $9 atty doing it!
Think I'm gonna have to get some of the ciscos for my next atty purchase. I've been hearing just too much good stuff about them.

I just got the 2.0 and 1.5 ohm cisco attys in the mail today. They are wonderful, tons of vapor, etc. I was wondering if I should actually be using them with my Joye eGO batteries and if I should be concerned about these attys affecting the health of these batteries?
Do a search for low resistance attys and batteries. There is tons of info on it

I've been reading that the 2ohms are better at delivering the flavor of sweeter or more subtle juices. 1.5 for more analog flavors and more TH.
So far the 1.5 ohms is very hot and sometimes spits and burns my tongue. The 2.0 ohm is a great flavor and seems to be the perfect atty. I use the 1.5 ohm in the morning while drinking coffee with some BWB waffle!
Been using a Cisco 1.5ohm 510 since Saturday, and I'm really diggin' it. Not quite the fog machine that the joye 1.5 ohm 306 has been, but it can put out some volume with a slightly longer draw, and much better taste. Really wanting to see how much life I can get out of this puppy. Three thoughts/opinions/perceptions...
1. Seems I can get some better battery life out my new UF 18650 3000 mah's out of this one than the 1.5ohms. May be the batteries breaking in, though.
2. Intuition tells me that the slightly higher resistance would lead to longer operational life with the same power source. Correct?
3. So far, three days of heavy vaping (4-6 mil per day) with no need to clean or even blow out so far. Nice!
4. Seems to like a slightly longer, softer inhale than the joye 1.5ohm 306, which for me is a short puffer. I keep coming back to the absolutely brilliant observation by igetcha69 in one of his video reviews that people end up preferring atty and voltage combos that most closely resemble their experience smoking analogs.
Again, really digging it. Liking the vaping experience, and if it lasts me a couple of weeks or more with minimal or no maintenance, this will be my brand of atomizer.

Anyway, I have been using the lr306, since July 10, 2010. I can't imagine going back to a standard atty. No way, Jose!
I have never tried one since I had pretty much kicked the habit....until recently. All this researching for the new stuff is reminding me of two years ago. LOL
Am I understanding correctly that the 1.5 ohms would be for my standard KR808 battery and the 2.0 would work with my eGo/Riva/Tornado?

AnglVapin - I use the 1.5 on my eGo batts. It is divine! Try one and then you will never want to go back. lol This is one of the NEW things that have really grabbed my attention. Imho, nothing else compares to this atty.

I agree that the cisco 306 1.5 LR atty is the best out there right now. I have compared this to all other similar attys (except ikenvape because they dont have a 1.5 Ω) and I have yet to find an atty that produces more vapor than this one. The joye 306 LR is good but IMO doesn't produce as much vapor. I noticed that the cisco would go through much more juice than the joye which is a pretty good indicator that the cisco is producing more vapor.
