I'm curious to see who is multi-tasking their vape flavorings and using them for their original purpose - in foods & drinks. I've read on here a few folks that have used them in coffee & water, but as far as I can remember that's all I've seen.

I'm sitting here eating one of my favorite healthy snacks - "yoatmeal" (refrigerated no-cook oatmeal) - and it's the same flavor I make every single time: cranberry almond. Absolutely delicious... but still, the same flavor every time is starting to get a little ho-hum. Yet as I sit at my computer, eating my beloved but boring lunch, I can't help but glance over at my DIY area and see the potential of tons of new yoatmeal flavors. Or yogurt flavors. Or smoothie flavors. Or, or.... I dunno what else. My brain gets a roadblock trying to imagine using them in anything beyond liquid/yogurt-consistency foods.

What flavors have you used?
Is there flavors you like to "eat" but not to vape? Or vice-versa?
Have you ever tried a flavoring ratio/recipe similar to one of your eliquids?

Why cant people just be happy with vaping and enjoy it the way it was intended? Its messing with the liquids in a manner that they arent intended that will get the FDA to step in and ban them all together, and then we are screwed and back at square 1. Just order the flavors and puff em, thats it!!!!

sarcasm or serious? i really can't tell LOL

protein shakes, oatmeal, smoothies, homemade candy, whipped cream, yogurt, coffee....

Ooooh... flavored whipped cream would be good.
How many drops (roughly) do you typically put in a cup of yogurt or a cup of coffee? I need a ballpark figure before I can just go dropping flavors in things all willy-nilly.

heh i am all willy-nilly with food/drink prep which works for me for everything except drops LOL

capella suggests that you do a taste test with 1 drop to 1oz and if you need more flavor get a fresh 1oz and add two drops...and so on and so on....
just in case that didn't make sense

FA Hypnotic Myst makes for an incredible italian meringue frosting, one or two drops in a batch.

Seriously? Most of these flavors were made for food and drink flavors lol. Go have a look at Capellas ;) But maybe you were just joking, who knows lol

Genius. I've got to deduct points for improper contractions and colloquial reference, but the concept is fantastic. 8/10

From me, that's a high score. I seldom give myself anything higher than a 4.

Now I'm off to read your other 24 posts...

ETA: My, much less humorous, response to the OP is, Yes. Capella's coconut mashed up in fake ice cream makes the fake ice cream worth eating. Still trying to get the flavorings right for the low-carb cheesecake I make so the crust tastes better than the almond flour I make it out of.

Pat's post is still cracking me up though...

What does it taste like?

Hypnotic Myst is one of those indescribable flavors, it's kind of buttery citrus, maybe passion fruit notes,

Still trying to get the flavorings right for the low-carb cheesecake I make so the crust tastes better than the almond flour I make it out of.

I could see TFA's Cheesecake, coconut sugar and tofu working somehow...
