:vapor: I have seen some people post that they have lost weight after they start vapeing. A friend on mine that referred me to V4L said that vapeing keeps her from eating sweets. I am vapeing some bananas foster, menthol, cinnamon, peppermint oh and yes the butterscotch (my first try at it and LOVE IT). But my sweets cravings aren't down any. I haven't gained but haven't lost. I work out so it isn't a big deal but my curiousity is getting the best of me. I can't seem to get a really sweet taste out of vapeing enough for me to imagine it solving my sweet tooth. So tell me what you guys vape that may help a really BIG sweet tooth. Also I want to know how the chocolate is before I order. Does it really give you a milk chocolate flavor or a dark chocolate? I am only asking for opinions not a taste tester

Yes, I have lost weight :)

Weight gain was one of my biggest fears in quitting analogs, & though I awoke every morning choking, I point blank refused to quit until I had my weight under control

After major surgery a year ago, I stopped going to the gym while recovering, & never went back. Coupled with a new, very sedentary job, I gained weight &, in recent months, was actually smoking more to avoid eating.

Happy to say that in 11 days of vaping, I have already lost a few lbs! I have put it down to getting my 'sweet-tooth' fix from vaping.

Quite funny sitting in the lounge the other night, hubby is eating boring icecream, & I'm there vaping "mmmmm, banana cream piiiiiie"

I quit vaping a few months after quitting smoking...it was a total accident, forgot to charge a battery and kept forgetting and just realized a week later I hadn't vaped for a while! Then a couple of months later I demo'd it to somebody and thought I have a fresh battery and a new atomizer and a new small bottle of liquid I might as well keep vaping. ROFL! Anyways, at that same time I started dieting and exercising...and consciously thought to myself that having a vape instead of a cookie might be helpful. I have lost 50 pounds. I went from a very tight 12 to a very loose 4... Although vaping alone didn't do it, I definetely always have it hanging out of my mouth instead of sweets. I have 10 more to go before I'm happy! But yes, it has been very helpful! :)

I switched from analogs to E-Cigs in February. My previous medical check up was in January.

After completing my last physical three weeks ago, the doctor had three things to say:

1) That I lost 12 lbs.

2) That my (high) blood pressure dropped 30 points since my last visit.

3) That I should stay on the E-Cigs (which, BTW, is the kind of Doctor's order I can live with)! :D

I can just see the commercial on tv late night, right after the sham WOW guy.

Are you tired of being overweight? are you tired of all those fad diets that never work, or those work out videos that only make you sweat? Are you a smoker and want to get rid of that nasty smell you carry around with you? (disclaimer- Only applies to cig smell not BO)

Well here is the last weight loss program you will ever try!!!
Introducing VAPING...!! the new diet brought to you by Vapor4Life!
No more rigorous exercise, no more self loathing and no more having to pack your cigarettes on your hand or some other hard surface!! (or worry if you just smoked you're lucky cig before the end of the pack)

When your feeling hungry, just grab your E-cig and vap!! comes in a variety of flavors, from sweet candy, bacon and eggs to your favorite filet and garlic mashed potatoes, all you need right in one simple to use product.

Hit the snooze bar one to many times in the morning? well NO problem, and no need to stop by your local coffee shop to buy that expensive cup of coffee, just grab your coffee flavored cart and your good to go. Lunch time and you have to much work to do? No problem, just grad your favorite ham and cheese sandwich (with real mayo) cart and your all set, all the taste and flavor of a freshly made sandwich!!

And if you act now, we will throw in 2 free carts with your first order, Salisbury steak and chicken fried rice!!

Ok, well that was silly enough for this morning i think. hope you all enjoyed.

I have not lost any weight, but i have gained my lungs and health back. I am ok with that :)

not yet i am still about the same but i am starting p90x next week. Hopefully I can commit to the full 90 days. haha

Blooper, have fun with the P90X...you will be sore, but it works fast! I have been vaping just over two months, I did lose weight right away...but, being that I am lazy, and I get free lunch at McD's everyday...well, when the big mac snack wraps came out...I wasn't so good about sticking to my atkins. I am back at the atkins now, and have lost 4 lbs this week.

Vaping definitely helps me with the sweet tooth, a few really do the trick for me...Peach is nice for a sweet tooth...smilin did it for me too, while I liked the taste..oh yeah, beware, your tastebuds are going to go on a roller coaster eventually, too!

I haven't lost any weight yet but I do find myself snacking less...at least right now! I am only a few days off analogs so I'm sure my tastebuds are still changing! I don't have a really big sweet tooth but now and again I get a strong craving for something sweet! Right now I'm vaping WOW Peppermint and it does the trick for me! :)

I've lost about 20 Lbs. But more importantly as time goes by I think I,m eating healthier. I no longer crave sweets like I did when smoking.
And wierdly enough I used to love Chocolate, but now when I eat some it's like What was the big deal? Also veggies (Which I liked before) are so much more flavorful.

i have put on about 5 pounds, it's sad but true... i'm not sure why! but i do eat healthy and i work out everyday.. i've been vaping for about 3 to 4 months and i quit smoking about 3 wks ago... so something in my metabolism has changed and it's not for the good.. i'm hoping that it will find it's way back to me - time will tell, maybe i'll just have to work out a little harder. in any regards i'm diffently thru with smoking - i'm a vaper and i'm proud of it...

flavors: i love anything menthol but dunhall is my to go flavor at work... it has a nice strong flavor which i need. the peppermint icecream wonderful also... i'm not into fruity flavors, for some reason it doesn't satisfy my needs....

Been vaping 5 months, lost 5 lbs. at first, then gained it back recently because I've developed a taste for beer! Previousy a solid wine-o, I just can't stop ordering those Black and Tans ever since St. Patty's day.......sigh.....

I love the dark chocolate flavors along with white chocolate strawberry. Don't care for the milk chocolate, it has that cream flavor to it that I don't care for. The fruits work for me too, banana, blueberry, raspberry, strawberry, and sour green apple...yum!
