You old fart.
Ruadh gu brath! (Scots Gaelic for Red heads forever!)
Turned 65 on the 29th of last month. After 43 year's of smoking cigarillo's and cigarettes I stopped cold turkey on Christmas Day Dinner 2014. Had my last cigarillo right before dinner. My after-dinner was with my new vapor that was given to me as a present from my wife and daughter and never touched a smokie since. That's almost 1 year, 2 month's ago this coming week.
For the young here and elsewhere, I admire you for your accomplishments and hope and pray you never smoke. But I leave this message behind for you"
"Remember youth as you pass by,
As you are now, so once was I,
As I am now, you soon will be,
Prepare to die and follow me!"

34 here. Interesting thread, @thetrucker , thanks for posting. Great to see the wide age range! It's been a year and two months since I started vaping and i can count the number of stinkersticks smoked since then on 1 hand (all within the first 3 months of vaping). I didn't believe this was possible for the 17 + years I smoked.![]()
I've just realised I've come of the age where one needs to think about it for a second or two.

Soon you'll reach the age where you decide you probably shouldn't do it.I've just realised I've come of the age where one needs to think about it for a second or two.

Way back when I was 10 or so I asked my Mom how old she was. She had to stop and think about it 'cause she wasn't sure. I didn't see how that was possible at the time.......Now I knowSince age is just a number it really isn't all that important in the end.
