For me, new ones get the same treatment as gunked up ones. Disassemble, drop assembly in mug of hot distilled water for a minute, pat dry, burn the wick carefully using gas stove, dry burn coil, twist wick to remove ash and adjust coil if necessary, reassemble and fill with only middle seal, drip a drop on coil and vape. I love these damn things.

That's just too much work. I want something I can take out of the box, fill up w/juice, screw on to my batt, and vape! The very most I do to my ce2's is sometimes I'll take the cup seal out, and replace it w/either the doughnut ring or the mouthpiece trimmed down. I also use them straight out of the box, just fill them and vape. The new ones tho gunk up too quick, don't like that. Good news is I ordered a stingray which comes w/the visions (regulars) and I think I'm in love!!!! Now if I can get some visions in purple I would be in heaven :) :)..

im working on colored tubes for visions and sell them as replacements

Sounds great. :)

BTW, is there any reason the Visions tubes are glued on? The reason I'm asking is that I've never, ever had a leak from the bottom seal of a Flux (which isn't glued), but I've had a couple of slow leaks with Visions (which are glued).

It seems that the way a Flux is put together on the bottom is somewhat better than the Visions... Can you make the Visions more like the Flux that way?

The Visions just go and go. I tried removing the tube on one when I first cleaned it, but when it didn't come off easily, like the Fluxos do, I gave up and cleaned it with the tube on. I'm kinda hoping I pop the coil on one of mine soon, so I can dissect it without feeling guilty for breaking it. I'm still on the first two I got, vaping them every day, and they just don't die.

conversion kit from visions ?? link please

Here ya go: GotVapes CE2 Fluxomizer Conversion kit [gv-FLUX-conversionkit] - $1.29 : GotVapes.com, E-cigarette Supplies - Atomizers Cartomizers Mods Juice and more

It simply replaces the Flux cup seal/s with a properly sized Visions seal. The mouthpiece is not quite right size-wise yet. Bad says it will be corrected the next release. But I don't need it anyway, personally. I like it with the regular drip tip. Several people are using it that way. Works great. Beats the regular plugs hands down, IMHO.

Edit: Ooooops. It's still sold out, it seems...

Tell ya' what I do...I had some fluxo's that I really enjoy, only occasional mfg flaws but like you all,the plugs(rings) were a pain...so,I had ordered some new vortex's and while the their tubes leak like free flowing drains after cleaning, the cap/tips are fabulous little goodies and they fit perfectly on the fluxomizers without using any one of the three fluxos' plugs(rings).

Gotvapes does fine innovation even if it takes several incarnations to get it just right, but, thats life.

good luck my friend!
