    So what. I've been saying for decades that the tobacco companies are controlled by the anti-smokers, because they never fight back. This just proves me right, because those shares elect the directors who in turn choose the executives.

    I guess it just comes down to do We want the People with the Power to Craft Policy and or Regulations about things like Tobacco Products or e-Cigarettes to be Financially Invested in the Companies who make Profits from Selling Tobacco Products or e-Cigarettes?

    Yeah... We need someone like a Margret Hamburg running the CDC.

    Not sure why you wrote that, but former FDA Commissioner Margaret Hamburg's husband bought $342 Million of Lorillard stock when she was deciding whether or not to ban menthol cigarettes (after FDA's TPSAC recommended doing so). At the time, Lorillard owned and marketed Newport, the largest selling menthol cigarette in the US.

    Unfortunately, Klayman's lawsuit was against J&J, and he lost it.
