Who to fund for ecig research?

I want to contribute funds to an organization that will conduct or outsource studies that could be used in the eventual FDA review of ecigs. We all know it's going to happen sometime and probably soon, so we need to have the studies done to show ecigs are a safe alternative to analogs. Are there any pro-ecig organizations that are already working on this?
