I've been strictly vaping for about 3 months now. I just recently learned about this forum.

I'm sitting here all set to go with my little coffee straws & my PTB nylon mesh. I've heard that these materials make a great cart filler. I have looked all over & can't find clear instructions on what I'm supposed to do with this stuff.

Anyone want to walk me through it??
