You're NOT an idiot!
For some the transition to vaping can be easy, for some a little challenging, for some very challenging and for others just not do-able. I think that the hardest part for everyone is that you've got to
train your brain to accept PV's and vaping as the new way to smoke.
There are over 4,000 chemicals in regular cigs and nicotine is
not the only one that is addictive. Over the years the tobacco industry has put additional chemicals in cigs to
keep people hooked and addicted besides just the nicotine. You've got to convince yourself (your brain) that even though you may be missing a few other chemicals that were addictive in cigs (the reason you still feel addicted to them) that you
are getting the most addictive of all - nicotine - and you will do better.
Just tell yourself that you are no longer going to be controlled by big tobacco, high prices, smoke, nasty taste, smelly clothes, furniture, skin, hair, vehicles,. No more flames, no more butts, no more ashes and ashtrays, no more smokers cough, difficulty breathing and getting out of breath just getting dressed or taking a shower (how incredible is that!). You control you and nobody else can.
YOU CAN DO THIS!
Hmmm... How did I do???
Hope this helps!
