Why are explosion stories in the media always linked to guys?

I'm not sure what to say about the "agenda" I see.
BUT, tbh, most "news" stories I see are about "teenagers" whos parents gave/bought their child a mod and it malfunctioned and now the parents are fighting against it for the sake of children. - then the odd story here or there about formaldehyde, ect, crap.
"Biased" or not, I've seen women in ecig news with "exploding mods". Not even a month ago some lady was/is seeking charges against mark ten for her disposable "exploding" in her purse.
Accidents CAN happen.

Remember, law of percentages. Perhaps there is a far lower percentage of lady super sub-ohm Users. And more significant others/spouses/etc. attempting to provide good advice on usage.
Gave my wife her first Regulated Mod and Extra(Quality) Batteries in a CASE. Taught her what to do, NOT do and look out for.
Could it be the sample size is a bit too small to draw any statistical conclusions?

The burning pants thing prob wont happen as most women carry hand bags
The thing that puzzles me is that women normaly carry more junk in thier bags than guys do in their pockets so why dont we hear of exploding handbags etc
maybe women do use more common sense

So whats the deal with it always being guys that do something to cause their batteries to go bonkers and explode? does it turn out that girls are just brighter with more common sense[emoji14]ervy:......seriously though what is the deal?
All jokes aside, is it that in general girls do more research from the get go then guys do and why we never see, or rarely see, a girl involved in these incidences of battery explosions? Now some may say guys are more likely to use mechs and other advanced devices then girls...i don't know but judging from this forum and what i see out in public...girls in general seem to always have pretty nice setups and seem to be very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of using their devices. i am always impressed with the ladies on this forum when it comes to advanced talk of vaping devices...so no i can't say it's because most females are tootle puffers using tootle puffer devices... i see far more preferring to sub ohm.
So what do some of you think is going on with it always being guys who are linked to explosion stories in the news that unfortunately gives vaping a bad rap? I am not trying to give guys a bad rap here...just seriously trying to understand it...why is it always males and not females.

Be it a small victory because courts can be over ruled, it's a huge step in the right direction.
I'm just afraid that will turn into one of those stories you hear about a judge that tries to do what's right and not written gets ousted by the larger opposition.
