I am new to E-Cigarette-Forum and would like to warn others about my bad experience with Thunder-Vapes. However, I cannot find a link to click on to start a new thread. I read in the New User Forum that I had to make 5 posts before being able to add any anywhere else. After doing so, I still cannot create a new post there. Am I missing something? I would appreciate any help that someone can offer. Thank you!
