I just purchased an eleaf I stick 20 Watt. I used and it worked fine. When I was cleaning it I messed up the atomizer so I replaced it with a second atomizer that came with the Cloutank M4. When I put it in the second at8I still get a no atomizer. I also have an atomizer that us for a G pen. It is brand new and I am still getting no atomizer on my screen. I also made sure the I stick was fully charged and nothing has changed . I still get the message No atomizer. What can I do.

Yes. It was working until I had to change the coil. When I replaced it with another coil ghat came in the box I get a message saying no atomizer

Try turning the device off and then back on to reboot the processor.

You may have not tightened the replacement coil in snugly enough, or over-tightened it. They can be pretty particular in how snugly they attach. Could also have been a DOA (dead on arrival) coil ---- it happens. :(

You could also have tightened the tank on too tightly on the mod and pushed the mod's 510 center pin into the mod too far. Use a mini-screwdriver or metal nail file to tease the center pin up higher to make electrical contact with the tank. This will not void the warranty, as this issue is quite common. See Susan~S's video link above.

Basically the error message "no atomizer" means that the processing chip can not detect the atomimizer or tank. There is no connection being made electrically.
