why cant i post a thread in another forum?

Would anyone know why I cant post a thread in eliquid reviews forum

I was going to ask a question about recommended menthol liquids in there but it says I dont have permission??

Another reason people may not be able to post is if the destination is a social forum - most of these require that you join the social group (accessible in your user CP) before you may post. [/edit]

New members need to first make 15 posts in the newbie forum before being let into the rest of the forums Swansea. Sorry for that; but it's a (alas needed) measure to stop spammers signing in and immediately doing their 'work' - most don't bother if they first have to 'act' as if they are real members...

Have dipped in and out for help over the months and this forum has taught me all I know - which to be fair is not an awful lot compared to you lot but to your average man in the street I am Mrs Expert!!
